Lavau 2025 Livazur IGP Mediterranee Rose
French Rosé
Pale and brilliant in the glass, with dried rose petal and a gentle floral lift. The palate is bright and tangy, bringing lemon, grapefruit and a lightly confectionary note into focus. Hints of linden, marjoram and thyme add a distinctive herbal freshness to the finish. Serve well chilled with summer salads, prawns or grilled Mediterranean vegetables.
Gérard Bertrand 2024 La Grande Bleue IGP Méditerranée
French White
White pear and peach meet lemon, grapefruit, white flowers and hawthorn. A subtle exotic note is also present. The palate is lively, refreshing, mineral and rounded, with fruit followed by a long, saline finish. Rolle, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are vinified separately at low temperature in stainless steel, with no barrel ageing. The wine is organically produced.
Château Barbebelle 2022 Rouge Fleuri Sans Sulfites Ajoutés
French Red
Raspberry, forest fruit and blackberry accompany an intense purple colour and a round palate. The red wine is made entirely from Caladoc without added sulphites. Caladoc is a crossing of Grenache and Malbec. Production uses mechanical night harvesting, bioprotection and a long maceration. Cellar work includes manual punchdowns and pumpovers, and maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Alcohol is fourteen percent.
Château L’Escarelle 2025 Flora Rosé
French Rosé
Clear and bright in colour, with blackcurrant, raspberry and redcurrant in the aroma. The palate is lively and carries red-fruit notes. The blend combines Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. Produced as an organic IGP Méditerranée rosé, it contains thirteen percent alcohol. Château L'Escarelle farms one hundred hectares of vines within one thousand hectares of preserved nature in the heart of Provence.
Domaine de La Bégude 2022 IGP Méditerranée Rouge
French Red
Purple colour with violet reflections accompanies black cherry, spice and mint. The palate is harmonious and fruity, with coated tannins and a long, spicy, generous finish. The blend is sixty percent Grenache, thirty percent Syrah and ten percent Mourvèdre. Grapes are fully destemmed, fermentation uses indigenous yeasts, and maceration is long. Maturation takes place in stainless steel, and the vineyards are certified Organic under EU standards.
