IGP Ardèche

Concentrated fruit, spice and mineral notes accompany firm tannins and balance. Made entirely from Syrah, the red carries the IGP Vin de Pays de l'Ardèche designation and thirteen percent alcohol. The cooperative is based in Saint-Désirat in the northern Rhône. Its gravity-fed winery uses native yeast and pneumatic presses, and its vineyards include holdings in Saint-Joseph, Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie.
