Échezeaux Grand Cru

Dark cherry and blackberry are layered with violet, baking spice, cocoa and a restrained note of toasted oak. Concentrated by the small crop, the palate is full and precise, with lively acidity, fine tannins and a mineral, gently savoury finish. The generous fruit is already expressive, while the structure leaves room for further development. Decant with care and serve with duck, roast veal, mushrooms or a simply seasoned cut of beef.
