Sperling Vineyards 2021 Organic Heritage Pinot Noir Rosé
Canadian Rosé
Deep amber-orange in colour, this dry rosé shows ripe strawberry, raspberry jam and subtle smoke. The finish is tart and warming. Pinot Noir from clone 777 was grown on the biodynamically farmed estate in East Kelowna. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and barrel fermented, then remained in barrel until the following March before bottling. The wine contains thirteen percent alcohol and pairs with salmon burgers.

Ripe black cherry leads a rich, full-bodied palate, framed by savoury undertones and a fresh entry. The texture is polished and precise, with refined tannins carrying the wine toward a cool, spicy finish. Generous in scale yet composed in its details, it balances depth and presence with the lift and definition expected from Pinot Noir.
