Elegant and finely drawn, with dark cherry and raspberry opening into peony, gentle spice and a discreet earthy note. The medium-bodied palate is fresh and rounded, supported by fine tannins that add grip without heaviness. The finish grows more expressive with air. Pair with roast poultry, mushrooms, pork or soft-rind cheese.
