Collines Rhodaniennes

Syrah grows on micaschist and granite in parcels on the higher slopes around Ampuis and Condrieu. The grapes are destemmed and macerate for about fifteen days. Maturation lasts twelve months in oak barrels that have held five or six earlier vintages. This French red wine is made entirely from Syrah within the Collines Rhodaniennes indication.

Bright ruby in colour, the documented profile is perfumed and fruit-led, with raspberry, cherry, violet and a subtle spicy note. The palate is described as light and pleasant, supported by soft tannins and vibrant freshness. Juicy red fruit, black pepper and a mineral hint complete the record, keeping the style direct, expressive and clearly defined.
