Clos Vougeot

Deep ruby in colour, with red and black fruit layered over cherry, raspberry and measured spice. The palate is elegant yet powerful, its firm tannic structure balanced by clear fruit and a savoury line of leather and undergrowth. Subtle oak frames the finish without dominating. Serve with roast duck, beef, mushrooms or other deeply flavoured dishes.
