Clairette du Languedoc

Floral aromas of white flowers and honeysuckle open into ripe peach, Williams pear and other yellow fruit, with citrus and a faint almond note. The palate is refreshing and rounded, with an unctuous mid-palate balanced by crisp acidity and a clean, savoury mineral finish. Serve well chilled with grilled Mediterranean fish, shellfish, olives or fresh cheese.
