Beckham Estate 2021 Olivia’s Pinot Noir Rosé
American Rosé
Pinot Noir from a dry-farmed estate vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains is fermented in amphora and aged in neutral barrel. Pale blush colour and a light body accompany strawberry, cherry blossom and racy acidity. The terra-cotta vessels used in the cellar are made by hand in the vineyard studio. The wine is an Oregon rosé.

American Red
Pinot Noir comes from eleven hillside sites, with sixty-eight percent estate fruit. The vineyards include loess, volcanic and sedimentary soils. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel, then aged for eleven months in French oak, twenty-nine percent new. Black cherry and raspberry appear with exotic spice and dark loam. The texture is supple, with ethereal qualities and deeper tones. Alcohol is thirteen percent.
A.D. Beckham 2022 Amphora Blanc
American White
Apricot, citrus peel and ripe orchard fruit lead, with floral notes, dried herbs and a gentle earthy edge from amphora ageing. The palate is textured and dry, combining bright Riesling acidity with a rounded, savoury feel. A mineral, tea-tinged finish gives this Oregon white distinctive character, making it a compelling match for roast squash, pork, firm cheese or richly spiced dishes.
