The colour is bright yellow. Restrained apricot, peach and lemon-zest notes appear with candied orange peel and vanilla. The wine is sweet and medium-bodied. Botrytis spice, mushroom powder, tension and length are also present. Botrytised berries are selected in successive passes, pressed slowly and fermented naturally in barrel. Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle form the blend, and maturation in barrel lasts two to three years.
