Hazelnut, coffee and pastry notes sit beside a saline accent. The palate is rounded, with salinity and freshness, while light bitterness appears in the finish. The four-variety blend combines Marsanne at forty-five percent, Ugni Blanc at twenty-five percent, Clairette at twenty percent and Bourboulenc at ten percent. Certified-organic farming is used across the estate’s vineyards.
