Carcavelos DOC

Dried sultana and apricot lead into bitter orange, roasted hazelnut and a quiet trace of sea smoke. The palate is concentrated and velvety, with sweet rancio spice and polished oak richness held in check by elegant acidity. A subtle saline-mineral thread keeps the wine energetic, carrying dried fruit and warm spice through a long, resonant finish.

Clear amber-topaz in colour, with peach, apricot and sweet orange joined by dried stone fruit, honeysuckle and gentle toasted nuts. The palate is smooth and generous, balancing caramel and almond richness with vibrant acidity and a faint coastal salinity. Velvety without becoming heavy, it finishes clean, persistent and quietly complex, with fruit and nuttiness in equal measure.
