Ripe cherry fruit and a subtle smoky, flinty note lead into a generous, juicy palate. Plush in texture but still fresh, it offers aromatic depth, mild acidity and layered savoury character without losing the estate’s fine-boned shape. Grown on red sandstone and made from a notoriously low-yielding early-ripening Pinot mutation, it pairs naturally with braised venison, duck or pork.
