La Sœur Cadette 2022 Bourgogne Rouge
French Red
Red fruit, dried flowers, rosewood and spice appear in a medium-bodied, dry profile with present acidity and a delicate mouthfeel. Pinot Noir comes equally from the northern Mâconnais and Volnay. The fruit is farmed organically and vinified with minimal intervention and very little sulphur. The palate begins easily and finishes with pleasant bitterness. The wine contains twelve point three percent alcohol.
Domaine Koji et Jae Hwa 2023 Bourgogne Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes
French Wine
Red cherry and raspberry lead a transparent, fragrant profile, with rose petals and subtle spice adding lift. The palate is supple and finely balanced, carrying bright red fruit over vibrant acidity. Fine, powdery tannins give quiet structure, while the old-vine concentration brings depth without heaviness. Fresh and composed through the finish, it leaves cherry, floral perfume and a gentle mineral-savoury note.
Pascal Clément 2021 Bourgogne Pinot Noir
French Red
Bright cherry and raspberry lead, with fresh berry fruit carrying a subtle woodland note. The palate is light to medium-bodied, shaped by lively acidity and fine, silky tannins rather than weight. A gentle savoury edge adds depth through the centre, while the fruit remains clear and energetic. Balanced and understated, it closes with lingering red berries, soft earth and a clean, supple finish.
