Fresh, crisp fruit, mineral and spice notes accompany red berries in a medium-bodied profile with silky, enveloping tannins and a clean, lively finish. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot are fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Maturation lasts fifteen months in French oak barriques, thirty percent new, followed by at least six months in bottle.

Black cherry, ripe plum and blackberry are layered with pink pepper, graphite and cocoa. The palate is generous and supple, with vibrant acidity and fine-grained tannins keeping the dark fruit precise. Cypress berry, exotic spice and restrained oak add savoury detail through the long finish. Decant generously and serve with roast beef, lamb, venison or aged Pecorino.

Blackberry, blueberry and black plum are framed by tobacco, smoked cedar, dark chocolate and warm spice. The palate is generous but well shaped, with polished tannins and enough freshness to carry the ripe fruit. Twelve months in large French and Austrian oak brings structure rather than overt sweetness, followed by six months in bottle. Serve with grilled ribeye, braised beef, roast lamb or aged Pecorino.
