Barbera d'Alba

Deep ruby in colour, with plum, blueberry, spice and balsamic notes. The wine has full body, crisp minerality, fine velvety tannins and an extended finish. It is made entirely from Barbera grown in two southwest-facing San Sebastiano vineyards planted twenty-five and seventy years ago. After cold maceration and fermentation, it matures for about one year in large barrels.
