Ruby-red colour accompanies red raspberry, ripe cherry and baking-spice notes, with cassis and black cherry adding darker fruit. The palate is pleasantly tart, while fine tannins and lively acidity give the wine freshness. Pinot Noir from Dealu Mare is hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel. The wine is dry, lightly bodied and unoaked, with a delicate mouthfeel.

About SERVE
SERVE was founded in Romania in 1994 by French-born Count Guy Tyrel de Poix and Romanian co-founder Mihaela de Poix. After Guy’s death, Mihaela and the winery team continued their work.
The winery stands at Ceptura in Dealu Mare, with south-facing slopes, warm air from the Romanian Plain and shelter from the Carpathians. More than 59 hectares are harvested by hand, with Romanian grapes such as Fetească Neagră grown alongside international varieties.
