Rose-gold in colour, the profile includes peach skin, white nectarine, jasmine, white pepper and stone-fruit blossom. The palate is delicate and intense, with texture and a vibrant, clean finish. Maceration ranges from direct pressing to twenty-four hours on skins. Spontaneous fermentation uses neutral oak and stainless steel. The wine completes malolactic conversion, ages for six months and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
