Juices, vinegars, spices, herbs, bitters, tea and other botanicals are blended into this non-alcoholic wine alternative. Made in Guelph, Ontario, it has a medium body with tart brightness and tannic grip and pairs with burgers.

About Proxies
Proxies began in Acid League's development kitchen in 2021, making wine alternatives from scratch rather than removing alcohol from finished wine. The team blends grape juice, fruit, teas, spices and other botanicals to balance acidity, tannin, body and aroma. Food pairing guides the recipes, which draw on ingredients such as whole spices and Niagara wine grapes. Yash Raghuvanshi helped develop the early range, with new blends and collaborations shaping its first year.
