Red cherry, plum, blackcurrant and vanilla appear in a fruity profile with soft tannins. Made from Merlot in British Columbia, the wine carries fourteen percent alcohol. The family-owned winery works in the Okanagan Valley and uses traditional techniques with minimal intervention. Its wines mature naturally, with the region’s landscape, climate and soils forming part of the estate’s approach.

About Tender Hope Winery
Tender Hope is a family-owned Okanagan winery founded by winemaker Efi Perel. He brings more than 25 years of experience in vineyards and cellars across several wine regions. His approach begins in the vineyard and continues with traditional winemaking and minimal intervention in the cellar.
