Orange blossom, honey and melon define this California white. The blend contains ninety-one percent Pinot Grigio and nine percent Albariño and ferments in stainless steel. Alcohol is listed at 11.5 percent. The wine comes in an aluminum bottle that is shatterproof, infinitely recyclable and eighty percent lighter than glass. Its lined interior is designed not to alter the wine’s flavour.
