$34.99
Pear, apple and toast appear in a pale-yellow sparkling wine with a fresh, lively fruit profile. The texture is light and soft, and the finish is pleasant. Its fruit comes from high-altitude vineyards in Pontons, and the cuvée undergoes a second fermentation in bottle.

About Parés Baltà
Parés Baltà traces its Penedès roots to 1790, when the first vineyards were planted around the estate’s manor house. Joan and Josep Cusiné represent the family’s third generation at the winery. Winemakers María Elena Jiménez and Marta Casas brought scientific backgrounds and formal winemaking training to the cellar, developing its range and methods over more than two decades.
The estate’s five Penedès vineyard properties stretch from Mediterranean-influenced lowlands to higher ground, with varied soils and local grape varieties. According to the winery, organic certification dates to 2002 and biodynamic farming to 2012; sheep, beehives and plant-based preparations are part of its vineyard work. It makes still wines with minimal intervention alongside cava fermented in the bottle.
