Gamay from the Loire Valley forms this natural red wine. The grower’s parcels were already farmed organically when she began working them. After training in viticulture and oenology, she worked alongside natural-wine producers in the Loire and Burgundy before making her first vintage. She later became the owner of the vineyards and retained one hectare planted to Gamay.

About Noëlla Morantin
Noëlla Morantin left a career in communications and marketing to study grape growing and winemaking. She worked with Agnès and René Mosse, Thierry Puzelat and Philippe Pacalet. She made her first independent vintage in 2008 while working with Junko Arai at Bois Lucas in Touraine.
In 2009 she leased 8.5 hectares that had been farmed organically since 1991. She began buying her own parcels in 2011, building an estate around Sauvignon Blanc, Gamay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
