Cabernet Franc comes from a 4.6-acre vineyard on the south side of Munson Mountain, directly in front of the winery. The south- and west-facing slopes were established by the Holler family. Silty and sandy loam contains gravel, and the site is planted to Cabernet Franc and Pinot Gris. The vineyard lies within the Okanagan Valley.
