The Cabernet Franc is especially fragrant. Black fruit and milk chocolate appear on the nose and front of the palate, while savoury black cherry and warm vanilla mark the finish. The wine spends twenty-one months in French oak and a further eighteen months in bottle. It comes from the Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley.
