Domaine du Tix 2017 Cuvée Bramefan Ventoux

Ruby-purple colour with violet reflections accompanies fine wood, toast, prune, fig and macerated cherry. The bouquet is complex and deep, while the attack is highly spicy. Dusty blueberry, violet and graphite are also present. Full-bodied, the wine has firm, powdery tannins and black and blue fruit. Syrah makes up ninety-two percent of the blend, with eight percent Grenache.

About Domaine du Tix
Domaine du Tix began in 2001, when Marie Pirsch and Philippe Danel acquired land high on the slopes of Mont Ventoux. Establishing the vineyard involved grafting twenty thousand plants by hand. André Tremblay acquired the property in 2016, and Nathalie Bonhomme joined the project in 2020.
At roughly 350 metres, the vines experience warm southern days and markedly cooler nights. Much of the vineyard work and harvesting is carried out by hand.
