Catena Zapata 2015 Adrianna Vineyard White Bones Chardonnay

Chardonnay comes from selected rows in Block One at approximately 1,400 metres, where shallow soils include calcareous marine fossils, sand and stone. Lively citrus and white stone fruit are present. The palate is voluptuous, with pear, apple and subtle floral and mineral notes, while the finish is long, clean and strongly mineral. Fermentation in barriques lasts forty-five days, followed by French-oak ageing.
