Brilliant golden-yellow colour and fine, persistent bubbles are joined by pear, apple, peach, mandarin, grapefruit and brioche. Pastry and dried fruit add further detail. The blend contains 50 percent Pinot Noir, 30 percent Chardonnay and 20 percent Meunier, with up to 45 percent reserve wines. Dosage is nine grams per litre, and the wine is Brut.
