The palate is creamy and layered, its fine mousse carrying apricot, tangerine peel and white flowers over a chalky mineral core. Well-cut acidity gives the wine focus and energy without diminishing its breadth. Fragrant spice and a gentle savoury note linger through a long, mouthwatering finish.
