Toasted notes and cocoa lead into lime blossom, jasmine and peony, with anise, cardamom and a fresh botanical edge. Orange peel and green papaya bring brightness before the palate broadens around peach, nectarine and citrus. The texture is generous but controlled, carried by fine acidity and a persistent mineral line. Gentian and spice remain through the remarkably long, precise finish.
