Moreau-Naudet 2018 Chablis
$61.99
Well-defined citrus opens over a taut, fresh palate, with fine acidity keeping the fruit precise. A mineral note adds cool definition, while apple peel brings a gently textured, savoury edge. The structure is focused rather than austere, allowing the citrus and orchard-fruit elements to remain clear. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving apple peel, citrus and a measured mineral impression.

About Domaine Moreau-Naudet
Moreau-Naudet’s winegrowing families have roots in Chablis stretching back to the seventeenth century; Alfred Naudet helped define the appellation’s boundaries in 1929. The domaine takes its name from the 1950 marriage of Marie Naudet and René Moreau. Stéphane Moreau joined in 1991 and transformed the seven-hectare property, then mainly selling grapes, into a domaine of more than twenty hectares making and bottling its own wines.
His wife Virginie took charge after his death in 2016. Extended ageing is central to the estate’s approach, with the wines commonly spending eighteen to twenty-two months in the cellar.
