Yellow pear and honeyed apple open with white grapefruit, honeysuckle and a cool sea-breeze freshness. The palate is vivid and finely drawn, layering tangerine, lime zest and green apple over a stony mineral core. Cedary herbs and a light celery-seed savouriness bring detail through the middle. Juicy acidity keeps the texture bright and focused, leading to a long, clean finish with lingering citrus and orchard fruit.
