Grilled peach and yellow apple lead, joined by honeycomb, white flowers and a gentle note of ginger. The palate is deep and expressive, with ripe orchard fruit balanced by a clear mineral line and fresh, measured acidity. Hints of mushroom, pollen and candle smoke add savoury complexity without weighing down the fruit. The finish is long and composed, carrying white peach, sweet spice and a quiet saline edge.
