Ripe red apple and lemon confit lead, joined by rose water, white flowers and chalk dust. Fine bubbles carry a crisp, energetic palate, while subtle oxidative character adds depth without dulling the fruit. Biscuit, toasted hazelnut and gentle spice emerge through the middle. The finish is dry, precise and persistent, balancing citrus freshness with savoury complexity and a distinctly mineral line.
