Light straw yellow in colour, with an intense aroma of herbs, spice and subtle wood. The palate is dry yet notably smooth, balancing firm acidity with a glyceric, velvety texture. Oak brings quiet depth without masking the fresh herbal core, while a faint briny note keeps the finish savoury and precise. Serve well chilled, over ice with lemon, or combine with gin for a clean, structured Martini with more weight than a conventional extra-dry style.

About Yzaguirre
Yzaguirre began making vermouth in Reus in 1884. The Salla Solé family has guided the house since 1983, and production is now based in El Morell, between Reus and Tarragona. Its recipes draw on more than eighty herbs and spices, including cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, gentian and nutmeg. The range runs from classic vermouths to oak-matured Reservas and longer-aged special releases.
