Alpine herbs, citrus peel and white flowers give the aroma a fresh, crystalline lift, followed by camphor, elderflower and fresh almond. The palate is silky and lightly sweet, with honey and chamomile balanced by white-wine acidity and gentle botanical bitterness. A hint of peach rounds the middle without weighing it down. The finish is clean, floral and refreshing. Serve well chilled over ice with a citrus twist, topped with soda or in a Blond Negroni.
