Ripe apple leads a clean, gently aromatic nose, with a light floral lift and a touch of citrus freshness. The palate is crisp and finely sparkling, balancing bright acidity with a restrained hint of sweetness. Orchard fruit remains clear through the middle, while the finish is dry-leaning, neat and refreshing. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with salted nuts, vegetable tempura, fresh cheeses, shellfish and other light dishes.
