Redcurrant, strawberry and cherry lead a bright red-fruit aroma, with blackcurrant adding depth. Mint, tomato leaf and a faint alpine-herb note bring freshness, while subtle caramel and vanilla round the edges. The palate is medium-bodied and lively, with refreshing acidity and fine, integrated tannins. The finish is clean, softly herbal and fruit-led. Serve lightly chilled with mushroom dishes, roast chicken, salmon or strawberry tart.
