Golden honey opens into a layered aroma of apple, orange peel and sweet baking spice. Cinnamon, clove and star anise shape the full palate, while a measured herbal bitterness keeps the sweetness from feeling heavy. Floral notes lift the middle and the texture remains rich and composed. The finish is long, warming and gently spicy. Serve lightly chilled or at cellar temperature with roasted pork, aged cheese or fruit crumble.
