The palate is weighty yet fluid, opening with warm agave sweetness before pickled jalapeño and earthy smoke bring contrast. The texture remains polished despite the intensity. The finish is long, herbal and gently smoky. Serve neat in a small glass with grilled vegetables, citrus-dressed seafood or roasted nuts.
