Dried fruit leads a rich but integrated aroma, with golden caramel and warm spice close behind. The palate opens on crème brûlée, sweetbread and toasted nuts before citrus and fresh herbs bring lift. An expressive wave of spice follows, held together by rounded pot-still texture. The finish is long and full, returning to pungent overripe banana. Serve neat or over a large cube with roasted nuts or dark chocolate.
