Worthy Park Single Estate Reserve Jamaican Rum

Light tobacco and toasted oak frame an expressive aroma of raisins, plum and vanilla. The palate is rich but controlled, layering ripe banana, pineapple and mango with caramel, nutmeg and a touch of black pepper. Pot-still weight gives the fruit depth without obscuring the dry oak structure. The finish is long, warming and gently spicy. Serve neat or over a large cube alongside dark chocolate or grilled pineapple.
