Pale gold in the glass, with a restrained aroma of fresh bread, lemon peel and soft floral hops. The palate is light and smooth, carrying gentle malt sweetness through mild carbonation and a clean citrus lift. Bitterness stays measured, making the finish crisp, dry and easygoing. Serve very cold with grilled fish, ceviche, tacos, tortilla chips or simple summer fare.
