The palate is rounded and layered, with demerara sugar and honey providing depth rather than simple sweetness. Citrus keeps the texture lively, while the almond character remains clear through the middle. The finish is smooth, warming and gently bittersweet. Serve over ice, in an Amaretto Sour, or as a measured sweetener in an Old Fashioned.
