Fragrant barley leads a rich but restrained aroma, joined by honey, vanilla and gentle toasted oak. The palate is mellow and rounded, with a subtle whisky-like warmth from barrel maturation and a clean grain core beneath. Amber-toned depth builds through the middle without becoming heavy, while quiet spice keeps the texture precise. The finish is smooth, lingering and softly sweet. Serve neat, over ice, or with a small measure of cool water.
