Steamed rice and roasted hazelnut lead a rich, expressive aroma, with tropical fruit and white flowers adding lift. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, carrying ripe banana and persimmon into touches of cinnamon, marzipan and chamomile. Despite its generous texture, the finish remains fresh, clean and mouthwatering. Serve well chilled with grilled vegetables, yakitori or savoury rice dishes.
