Roasted malt and dark chocolate shape a deep aroma, followed by soft coffee and cocoa. The palate is creamy but surprisingly light, with restrained caramel sweetness and mild hops keeping the darker flavours composed. A gentle nutty note adds depth before a clean, smooth finish. Serve well chilled with grilled beef, roast mushrooms, aged cheddar or a modest chocolate dessert.

About Hoyne Brewing Company
Sean Hoyne founded Hoyne Brewing Company in Victoria in 2011, after nearly twenty years brewing at Swan’s and Canoe brewpubs. He and Chantal Hoyne began in a small Rock Bay warehouse, selling their first beers in hand-signed growlers. The brewery takes inspiration from classic European brewing, making core lagers and ales alongside seasonal and limited releases.
