Citrus peel opens a generous, aromatic nose, layered with fresh menthol, balsamic herbs, rose and alpine botanicals. Almond and a cool stone-like note add depth to the lightly bitter citrus base. The palate is lively and fine, finishing dry with quiet sweetness held firmly in check. Serve chilled as an aperitif, over ice with lemon, or in a dry Martini and other classic vermouth-led cocktails.
