Bitter orange leads with a fragrant citrus-peel note, followed by gentian, cinchona and layered alpine herbs. The palate balances measured sweetness with a clean, persistent bitterness, remaining lighter and more delicate than many dark red aperitifs. A gently spicy, botanical finish keeps it refreshing. Serve over ice with orange, lengthen with soda, or use as the bitter element in a spritz or aperitivo cocktail.
