Balanced tropical fruit aromas give this alcohol-free sour an easy, refreshing character. The palate is bright without becoming aggressively tart, with a light body and a smooth head adding softness. A gentle cereal note settles beneath the fruit and becomes more apparent through the clean, subtle finish. Serve well chilled with grilled prawns, fish tacos, fresh fruit or lightly spiced dishes.
